  • Employers:     We maintain client information for the duration of our business relationship and for 7 years following the last placement for legal and  accounting purposes.

Service Agreements

For Employers:

Participation in our Strategic Recruiter Alliance requires execution of our Collaboration & Non-Disclosure Agreement, which governs confidentiality, fee-splitting, and guarantee obligations.


Placement Guarantees

Above All Talent Solutions provides placement guarantees as specified in your service agreement. Standard guarantee terms include:

  • 30-day guarantee period for most placements
  • Extended guarantee periods for leadership positions
  • Specific terms outlined in your service agreement


User Responsibilities

For All Users:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations


For Employers:

  • Provide accurate position and organization information
  • Maintain confidentiality of candidate information
  • Provide timely feedback on candidates
  • Honor interview commitments and timelines


For Candidates:

  • Attend scheduled interviews or provide timely notice of cancellation

For Recruitment Partners:
